CORPORATE TRAINER

This position primarily serves internal PSI customers (employees) by developing and delivering training that supports the company’s core competencies, position specific competencies, job accountabilities, and strategic goals.

Job Description / Requirements

  • Based out of Columbus Ohio, but will travel to all areas with Parking Solution facilities.
  • Travel expected to be up to 70%; some overnight stays required.
  • Must have a 4 year college degree or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of training experience
  • Willing to obtain a comprehensive understanding of PSI’s services, operations processes, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations as applicable to our business
  • Performs needs analysis to determine the potential training needs
  • Ability to evaluate and successfully measure the effectiveness of training
  • Able to use appropriate and varied training techniques to reach all audiences
  • Ability to compose training materials and accompanying lesson plans
  • Ensures learning materials support the learning needs of the participants
  • Develop a variety of training means for remote and on-site training such as web-based, video, personal, and hands-on training
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate fluently with all job levels and persons
  • Must have a proven background in the C/S and Service industry
  • Must be experience with a minimum of DDI, add other training platforms
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills
  • Applies effective on the job coaching techniques to enhance performance levels in support of business needs
  • Actively communicate with supervisors and peers to assure that training needs are met
  • Possesses engaging presentation and facilitation skills
  • Has a proven platform for effective training
  • Demonstrates ability to build relationships between diverse work groups
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task

This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.
