Shuttle Bus Manager
TYPE OF POSITION: Full-Time
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Exempt/Non-Tipping
POSITION SUMMARY: This is position is located at the Columbus, OH Airport providing on the job training for new employees in reference to service standards and procedures, and driving protocols. As a working manager you will provide positive leadership (lead by example) to ensure excellent customer service and employees exceed appearance requirements by meeting Parking Solution's standards. com for new employees Responsible for effectively/successfully managing his/her multi-site operations. Excellent organizational and customer service at each client site. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent with experience in service oriented field
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability and experience managing 100 or more employees
- Exceptional positive coaching, developing and disciplining skills
- Advanced aptitude to communicate effectively and positively with internal and external sources (clients/peers/employees)
- Capable to lead by example
- Must understand complexities of diverse work environments
- Experience with scheduling multi shifts
- Great Attitude in a fast paced hectic environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Complex problem resolution abilities as well as multi-tasking abilities to accomplish successful/positive results
- Able to drive all types of motor vehicles, including a manual transmission
- Complete understanding and appreciation for client retention, customer service and client problem resolution
- Complete understanding/appreciation of Respect and Professionalism at all levels of the organization which includes senior level management to senior level management.
- Understand the importance and necessity of confidential information being kept in the strictest confidence
- Ability to effectively integrate and encourage teams
Requirements:
Must be over 21 years of age
Supervisor experience required
Clean driving record
Clean criminal background check
Neat/clean appearance
